Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University Bryan-College Station, Texas, USA
An adjustable of 1,000 to 5,000 mtpa
(metric tons per annum) test run of extraction mini plant designed specially for Asbuton
asphalt rocks had been carried out at
Texas A&M University (TAMU) in 1999.
The design and manufacturing were prepared together with experts from two
extraction licensor companies in America. In order to feed up the prototype,
hundred thousands of tons of Asbuton raw
materials must be brought from Buton Island to Texas by cargo containers.
Thanks to the IPPR (Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights)
possessed by Inventor― The test run to extract Asbuton into refined bitumen is done giving protocol testing preparation in order to adjust TAMU's plant equipments for testing purpose. Flow Chart Diagram showing production process for extracting natural asphalt of Buton as accordance to test run data at TAMU is as follows.
Flow Chart Diagram for Asbuton Extraction Production Processing obtained from test run data at Texas A&M University in Texas, USA.
